If this is the first time for you in trying to focus on what you are grateful for, be easy with yourself, it takes time to create a habit. Pay attention to what you say through out the day this week. Is it mostly complaining or are you expressing appreciation for what you have to others?
Tips to get you started: *Commit to the AM or PM: Do it every morning or every night at a minimum: Pick one of these times and stay consistent if you can. Of course if you forget, you can do it when you remember. But these times are when you are most powerful in activating The Law of Attraction. *Be Consistent: The purpose in consistency is to create a habit so at the end of these 5 weeks you more naturally think and speak with gratitude in your heart. Thus raising your vibration and helping you through difficult situations more quickly. *Get a Notebook: You'll need it to put all your workbooks in.
