I feel ya! I’ve all been there!
As an Empowerment Coach and Energy Practitioner who’s worked with many people to help them raise their vibration by learning to handle their stress and anxieties, and break barriers to become more abundant….Many are surprised to hear I have low vibe days too. “You seem so happy, carefree and aligned all the time” I hear this a lot. And I am a lot of the time. That wasn’t the case 7 years ago but I have worked hard to heal as well as have learned to Stress Better. But none of us are perfect and there are times when something hard comes along where I have to intentionally work a bit harder.
See, often in the world of Law of Attraction coaches, energy practitioners, speakers, authors etc…we don’t talk about this enough. We avoid negativity. We push it down and ignore it like it’s the devil. We sometimes believe that by suppressing negativity, we prevent it from manifesting.
But I have great news. Nothing can be further than the truth. We are all human beings here. We are not going to be happy and positive 100% of the time. Although we can strive for the 100%, the bad days teach us incredibly important lessons that we need to learn.
Whether its learning to take it easy & relax, or to deal with wounds from the past…it all serves a purpose. Having a bad day from time to time isn’t the worst thing in the world! It’s not addressing what’s causing you to feel bad. Ignoring how you are feeling….its repressing the lessons you need to learn that will cause you to have more and more bad days. Suppressing the negativity causes you to manifest more of it because it stays inside of you. Working through it releases it for good.
I created this WB based on the exact processes I use to learn my lessons faster, raise my vibration, and pull me out a dark place. Life is way too beautiful to feel low all the time. You deserve to learn the tools that you need to heal from the past. So you can feel the warmth of a bright future.

#1 Use it from start to finish from Step 1 to Step 6 or
#2 Use your intuition and pick and choose what feels good to you in the moment.
Every bad day will be different. Sometimes you need to just be aware of what you’re thinking & how your feeling and move out of it with the healthy distraction list. Other days you may need to move through something big and heal- if that’s the case …Use all the steps in order.
