Congratulations on making it to week 3! Here is another different way for you to write down your Gratitudes. It is a fun and simple game for you to use, to retrain your brain to think outside the box, outside your usual thinking. It'll help you expand you to all kinds of things in your life that you can be grateful for.
If you do 1-2 lines a day you can finish it in a week, so you'll be ready to try the next workbook, if that's your goal. That's a minimum of 6 words starting with 6 different letters. You don't need to fill out all 7 spaces of each letter but as many as you can think of would be great. Good Luck and have fun!
